Ordering

When you are paying for the order, the payment will be reflected in our default currency of Singapore Dollars (SGD). If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you’re purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.

We do try our best to restock items that are sold out but these are all subject to availability from our brands! If an unavailable item or size interests you, join our Waiting List! Simply click on the size you want and you will be prompted to input your email address. We will notify you if the item has been restocked.

If your order has not been processed, you are still able to cancel your order. Drop us an message at info.theretailsroom@gmail.com.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after your order has been dispatched.

 

We were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

Shipping

Our delivery services are handled by Singpost. Estimated delivery time in Singapore is 3 days.

Should you need an express delivery, please write in to us and we can provide our company's courier service. 

We ship to all countries worldwide! For more information on basic package and estimated shipping time, visit Singpost, our delivery handler, for more details.

All shipping rates are not inclusive of custom duties or taxes unless stated otherwise. Any custom duties or taxes that may be incurred will be borne by you. Custom duties or taxes will be charged to you by your customs prior or upon delivery and we are not liable for custom duties or taxes charged to you.

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking information for your package.

Exchange or Returns

Exchanges are allowed for Singapore orders only. Exchange can be done for a different size or exchange to another product.

How To Exchange?

Please email us at info.theretailsroom@gmail.com and state your order number and exchange details.

You would need to mail the item back to us. The cost of return transportation is at your expense.

Please contact us via info.theretailsroom@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

We only accept return of products due to defect within 7 days from date of delivery.

When you return a product to us, we will examine the returned product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the product following our examination, we will replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or exchange to another item.

We do not accept exchange and returns of all fabric masks, customised bracelets and specially requested orders. All SALE items are non-refundable.

If you have requested a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay.

Jouel Homme

All semi-precious stones are natural. Hence, no two pieces of stones are alike. Each naturally crafted stone has unique diverse colours, glow and glaze that is hard to capture by the camera.

Yes, we provide free lifetime restring service for all Jouel Homme bracelets. We recommend that you have your bracelet restring every 8 months.

Jouel Homme's charms are made of Sterling Silver 925, Stainless Steel, decorated with Marcasite or Cubic Zirconic. 

For re-customising within 7 days of delivery, please write in to us at info.theretailsroom@gmail.com. For quicker reply, you may wish to whatapps our hotline.

For re-sizing to a smaller wrist size, you can drop by our flagship store at Isetan Scotts.

Should you wish to visit another retail store, please write in to us for an appointment.

For re-sizing to a larger wrist size, please drop us a message with your name, preferred time, perferred store location and a picture of your bracelet.

As the availability of stones and raw materials are limited in our retail stores, you would need to write in to us before heading down for resizing. We will coordinate with our retail store to assist you further.
